Little Ronnie was being bad at dinner. He started an uproar because he didn’t want to eat his brussel sprouts. Unfortunately for Mommy Anna, they were the only produce on sale and left at the store. She knew he hated them, but she kept stubbornly persisting in hopes his taste buds might change as he got older. She even seared them and doused them in bacon and a bit of syrup to trick him. But he wasn’t having it.
Ronnie prepares to get punished….
Because Ronnie made such a big deal at the dinner table, his sister began to protest too. Saying that if he didn’t have to eat brussel sprouts, neither should she. This made Mommy Anna very Angry. Daddy didn’t mind, he loved brussel sprouts and took the bowl all for himself. Mommy Anna told Ronnie to finish his dinner, but after one of the brussel sprouts touched the meat and potatoes on his plate, he refused to eat them too! He didn’t want to touch anything else on his plate!
That’s when Mommy Anna and Daddy had enough! Daddy dropped his silverware. It CLUNG! On the dinner Table. He said to Ronnie: go to your room! Ronnie looked at Mommy Anna and began to whine and protest as usual: ‘’But Mommy….’’ ‘’Go to your room!’’ Said Mommy Anna ‘’And prepare for punishment!’’
Prepare for punishment?! Ronnie thought to himself. He stomped as he walked upstairs. ‘’That’s more punishment coming your way mister!” Mommy Anna yelled from the kitchen. Ronnie got to his room and thought: ‘’how do I prepare for punishment?!’’ First he pulled his pants down and bent over the bed with his bottom exposed. But he thought, no that’s too easy. So then, he grabbed a soft small pillow from his bed and decided to tuck it in his pants shielding his bottom. Maybe this is a good way to prepare? He thought. Just then he heard footsteps coming towards his room…
