Ronnie had been playing with the AC at home. First, he complained it was too hot, so he turned it all the way down. Then it became so cold, he had goosebumps and was shivering, and so he turned it back up. He never waited enough or had enough patience for it to gradually change.

Mommy Anna’s Lover had sent her a gift for Mother’s day: a brand spanking new paddle. It was all leather, and just the right size for boys Ronnie’s age. Mommy Anna was so delighted when she opened the gift, she could barely contain her self or wait to have the opportunity to use it.

Mommy sent Ronnie to the bakery to get some parmesan before dinner. Unfortunately she was making some melazzane and brussel sprouts, and Ronnie wasn’t looking forward to it. No matter what Mommy Anna did, Ronnie could not enjoy either of those. She gave him some money to go to the store and told him to be back before dinner.

Daddy Ron had begun to suspect that Mommy Anna was up to something. She was still well behaved, cooked and cleaned, but she wasn’t putting out much these days. Daddy Ron decided that he would interrogate Little Ronnie, to see if he could find any clues.

Ronnie went out on his bike for the weekend. There was a parade happening and he wanted to see what all the fuss was about. He snuck into the bakery to grab a sandwich, but when he left, he forgot to get himself a drink. He saw all kinds of adults sipping cans and bottles nearby, so he waited until one of them was distracted to steal one of theirs, and opened it on his bike to drink on his way home.

Ronnie began using the phone to call his friends and talk. He was in that ‘’stage’’. Every time he would pick up the phone, Mommy Anna would hear the ‘’click’’ and yell from upstairs for him to hang up. She would even wait to hear him whining from downstairs stating ‘’it isn’t fair!’’ and him slamming the phone shut before she would continue as she didn’t want him to hear her talking dirty to her lover… or worse, how they would find excuses for her to spank Ronnie.

Ronnie was riding his bike around the neighborhood, when he suddenly heard a bunch of grown men yell ‘’Bombaclot!’’ as they smacked the table while playing dominoes. Some laughed, some cussed some more. This intrigued him, so he decided to go another round around the block. Sure enough, just as he approached them he was met with yet another ‘’Bombaclot!’’

Little Anna was playing with her big Cousin. They were playing with his toy cars and race track. She kept whining that he wouldn’t give her a turn on the track, but the truth was, he was scared she might break it.

Ronnie and Zoey went out trick or treating. Mommy Anna told Ronnie to make sure to look after Zoey, and that they could stay out for as long as they wish, so long as they behaved in the days before Halloween. Ronnie and Zoey were so excited they could barely contain themselves.

Ronnie was on his way to play outside when he overheard Mommy Anna in her room. She was talking loudly and began swearing in Italian. Suddenly he heard her yell the word ‘’Schifoza!’’ which for some reason, sounded like music to his ears. As he took off out of the house, he began to repeat the word over and over in an effort to memorize it.
