I’ve never been the type to dabble in one night stands. Not that I’m judging; quite frankly I don’t have the time. There is one exception to this rule and that is the comet I have in my life. I’ve known this fellow for many years and we have a rather intense and unique relationship. He works internationally and is in my neck of the woods once or twice a year. Things don’t always line up, but when they do… The power that I feel when I am with him is heady. This is the one night a year guaranteed that I get to be in control of every aspect of an evening and I love it. Let me paint you a portrait of a snippet of time from our annual one night stand.
