Like how you know when Scott goes for lunch and how many times Tammy uses the bathroom daily. You learn how Tiffany always clocks out early on Fridays and is late every Monday morning.
Being observant is a blessing. If I weren’t, I wouldn’t know that Ian has a habit of getting hard at his desk every day around ten AM. At first, I thought maybe he was just lazy and refused to get up from his desk around then, but I started watching more carefully.
