…continued from part 1
Without a gust of wind, completely unbeknownst to my understanding, he was in his bedroom right behind me. But instead of being insistent about asking what I was doing, he jumped down, sat on the floor, and looked up at me with imploring eyes. He had just gotten home from work so he was dressed in a nice shirt with tie. He did not say no. He questioned one word, “Mommy?”
Although he was definitely startled by seeing me holding up the oversized diaper that was in his drawer, the word also had excitement in it. I had no idea, however, how I was supposed to respond to this. I had never been in a situation like this. But – I had heard about this from many of my girlfriends. My roommate is what many would call an adult baby. My mind startled as it suddenly came to light that this diaper was his. Should I allow myself to continue with this charade, or should I say no?
Should you say no?
My friends had explained to me before that these men were for real. While there were different reasons that they sought out this type of behavior, the most popular one was the mental satisfaction of having someone to trust and knowing that there was someone to take care of them. I couldn’t help it though; I had to close my eyes for just a minute as I could not help to laugh every time that I would look down at him seeking me out, and any maternal instinct that I might have, with those imploring eyes. I had to search down deep but I knew that I was not going to say no. I thought to myself that maybe there would be a part of me that would enjoy this, too.
