One of my routines on my lonely nights when I’m not going out is to take a bubble bath. Cliche, I know! But how relaxing is it to sit in a tub of warm, soapy water? Maybe some nice Epsom salt with some herbs or tea leaves. Sitting alone, in a nice dim room. So calming, for the body and mind. I’ll tell you about these baths so you can imagine how relaxed I must feel after soaking. Just for you! Of course, first, I take off my clothes.
