My hot girl summer was off to a great start. It was my first day at my new job. I was excited but nervous as well. I’ve never waited tables before. But everyone says this place is just about looking cute in the skimpy little outfits. And being flirty with the customers, of course. But when I got there, it was a different manager. The manager that hired me was off that day. Instead it was a female manager. I could tell from the moment I walked in that she was a bitch. She looked me up and down then turned her nose up. I can’t stand it when people judge me before they know me. I’m a very sweet person. Always kind and compassionate, until you give me a reason not to be. But it was so obvious that she had issues. Women that have low self esteem and lack confidence lash out. They take their insecurities out on other women. They can’t control their jealousy. And it turns them into cold, harsh bitches. That was the last type of woman I wanted to work with. But at least all of the other girls were very sweet and supportive.
Hot Girl Summer Continues
So I chose to be the bigger person and not let her attitude get to me. This infuriated her even more. She kept making rude comments about me to the other girls, trying to turn them against me. It was like she had no self control. She couldn’t help herself, even if she tried. I truly don’t understand women like that. I’d hoped for a more supportive environment. That’s what I was told it would be like. And that’s a huge part of why I wanted this job so badly. But karma is a bitch and I know she’s real. So I won’t let her attitude affect me. I’m so excited for my new summer job!
