So lately, I have wanted to do some CBT, but I saved that for when my boy was extra naughty. Recently, there has been no end to the misbehaviour.  When we went out to the mall to do some shopping, he did not behave. He refused to listen and stay with me at one point; he even ran away from me in the mall. So when we got home, I looked at him and said you know what will happen. Go, get undressed and meet me in the playroom for your punishment.

He let out a whimper looked up at me, and say I’m sorry, mommy, I swear I will be a good boy next time. Please dont punish me. I give him a look, and he walks off. He knows what is coming to him, and now he wishes he had behaved. I will ensure he learns his lesson, and I can tell by his walk that he is scared and nervous as he knows that he fucked up big time and I am not happy.

CBT Punishment 

I am standing by the spanking bench tools all ready when he enters, head down and gets in position on the bench. Whimpers, what am I counting, to mommy? What do you think I say? He whimpers 20, and that is to start. That is a correct baby, so what else do you think mommy will do by looking at what I have laid out?

Looking at what I have laid out, he lets out a cry please, mommy, not CBT. I will be good from now on, but please, no CBT. I laugh, see, but spankings teach you but not as well as when mommy makes that cock and balls hurt from all the CBT. That is when you learn your lesson and dont make the same mistake as you won’t want me to do CBT. You hate it, and I love that it makes you swarm and makes you scared and teaches you a lesson.
