I never thought something like this could happen to me. But it did, and now my life has been turned upside down. It all started last weekend when I was visiting my boyfriend at his parents’ house. His dad has always been a little creepy with me, “accidentally” walking in on me changing, giving me long hugs that feel inappropriate. Everything changed the night my boyfriend and his mom went out for dinner, leaving me alone with his dad. He knocked on my door after I’d gone to bed, saying he wanted to talk to me. I shouldn’t have let him in. But I did, and that’s when he pushed himself on me, forcing his lips against mine. I tried to fight him off but he was so strong.
