It’s Sunday afternoon, and all my chores are completed for the day so I decided to head to the beach. It was such a beautiful day. I decided to wear my white and black halter one-piece bathing suit and packed some finger foods and a bottle of wine to go. I am all set for the beach.

Chronicles of Sherry – A Little TLC-Part I

Soon as I got there I looked for a spot. The beach was somewhat packed. I found the perfect spot. I put up my umbrella lay down the towel and unpacked my beach chair. Everyone was having such a wonderful time. Oh, look a volleyball game. I decided to go over and watch for a bit. And there was also a football game being played. After I watched for a bit then I went back to my humble little spot.

I decided I wanted some cheese, grapes, and my dessert wine.  As I began taking out what I wanted from the picnic basket. I sat in my chair and enjoyed the moment.

I closed my eyes and listened to the sounds of the waves and the excitement of the people. There was this one person who sounded sad and lonely. I could just feel her sadness.  As I whispered to her leaving little cobwebs, I could feel her intrigue pick up and an excitement that was not there before.

I could feel her searching for me. But I wasn’t ready for her yet. I want to enjoy the beach for a little bit longer. After a little while, I could still feel her longing for me. I closed my eyes and followed the trail whispering to her and then left. I will keep her longing for me.
